Dance is the poetry of the body, the language of the soul, the song of the feet. Every culture, in every corner of the world, has at least one dance form. Whether it is ballet or bharatanatyam, belly dancing or bhangra, dance brings people together, spreads joy and is great fun. It's an art form that teaches one elegance, grace and style, and a great exercise that lets one learn the value of dedication, practice and control. We believe to dance is to express yourself, to be yourself, to love yourself.
ACADEMY SONG
One step down
And one step up
That’s all it takes
To do the hip-hop
Let's move to the rhythm
The rhythm of the soul
Sway with the beat
And move to the flow
Jump on the floor
It’s time for disco
Let's move to the rhythm
The rhythm of the soul
You’ve got friends
You want to impress
Twist your body
To the sound of jazz
Let's move to the rhythm
The rhythm of the soul
If it doesn’t work
Then do the ball
Or try your hand
At rock 'n' roll
Let's move to the rhythm
The rhythm of the soul
Now greet them all
With a little tango
And wait for the applause
When it’s time to go
Let's move to the rhythm
The rhythm of the soul
